Open the app and hold your finger on the screen. As you hold, night softens into dawn, a warm tone blooms, and the sun rises and grows. Breathe slowly with it. At sunrise, a few gentle words meet you, and a small question to carry into your day.
No feeds to scroll. No streaks to protect. No hustle. Just a quiet pause, whenever you reach for it.
Privacy
Your privacy, simply put
Hold Until Sunrise keeps everything on your device. The app is built so that nothing about you needs to leave your phone.
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
- Your name, intention, reminder times, and practice record are saved only on your device, and never leave it.
- There are no accounts to create and no sign-in.
- There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
- Reminders are scheduled locally, on your device.
- We run no servers and receive no data from you.
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to sell, share, or lose. If you delete the app, the information stored on your device goes with it.
Effective August 2026. If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
